PAYMENT | DEPOSIT
All considerations for my time are non-negotiable. I ask that you please take care of formalities at the top of our time together. Please do so without me asking, as I would not enjoy having to draw attention away from our moment. If we are meeting in public, please feel free to tuck the donation into your favorite vinyl or book. Cash is the preferred method of payment unless we have discussed other options prior to meeting.
If we are meeting for the first time, a 25% deposit will be required in order to schedule time with one another - no exceptions. All deposits must be sent at least 24 hours ahead of schedule, otherwise our time together will not confirmed in my calendar.
CANCELLATIONS
Austin:
72+ hours in advance: Deposit is transferrable within one month.
Within 24 hours: 100% fee due
Touring:
Two weeks in advance: Deposit is transferrable to my next tour date
Within 1 week 100% fee due
FMTY:
More than two week ins advance: Transferable to new date, less any non-refundable travel expenses already incurred. Additional travel costs must be paid by client.
Within 1 week: 100% fee due
If you are inside the cancellation window you can always reach out and ask and if i can accomodate, I will. This doesn’t always work out, and I do expect you to honor the cancellation fee in that event.
